If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

The following terms apply to any product you purchase from us.

For the purposes of this return policy:

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this agreement refer to 123 Live Mall Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the online store.
The online store refers to the 123 Live Mall website, accessible from www.123livemall.com.
“You” means the individual accessing or using the online store or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the online store, as applicable.

Return and Refund

Online Purchase: Return the product(s) ordered from the 123 Live Mall online store (www.123livemall.com) within 3 days of receiving them.

Example: If you received the product(s) on January 1st, please contact us to arrange the return before January 3rd.

Goods can be returned for exchange but are non-refundable, provided they are returned in new and original condition with the original product packaging.

For exchanges to goods of equivalent or lower prices, no refunds will be given.
For exchanges to goods of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
Goods sold at markdown prices will not be allowed for return.
Delivery charges paid in the original order on the purchase receipt are non-refundable.
In case of order cancellation under any circumstances, we will not be entitled to any reimbursement of any amount paid to the customer. However, the paid amount for the canceled order can be used for the next purchase by contacting our 123 Live Mall assistance. Please provide your personal identification (Identity Card No. or Passport No.) for order cancellation.

Return Your Items by Post

Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including the original dispatch note, a completed returns form, and a receipt for the return postage amount. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature on receipt, i.e., JNT Express / KEX Express / Citylink Express / DHL Express / GDEX Express).

Please ensure you retain proof of postage for use in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
